GERMANY:)

As we pack up our stuff to return to Oregon and our families, we wanted to take a picture of some of the everyday sights/activities that we have enjoyed for the past 3 years in Germany.  Thus, we didn't see them that often, but we did see a few of the local hedgehogs:)  We see everyday our local Sachsen church steeple from our home and as we approach our village... but each village has a steeple:) The one at Wolfsrams-Eschenbach has more colors of the tiles on the steeple roof.   If we weren't on a trip, almost every weekend in the summer we would check out the 2nd hand goods at a "Floh Markt"...or Flea Market.  We bought most of our beer mugs/steins and German pottery for 1-3 euro ($1-4) at the Flea Markets. Our favorites were Spalt, Ansbach Esso station, and Neuendettelsau.  The fields are so lovely to watch during the farming season and especially the wild red poppy, daisy and blue cornflower along the sides of the fields:)  We have really enjoyed the rural look of our area and loved having a tractor go down our street on the way to the fields!
