Vancouver Angle Meeting

We left early in the morning from the Nuremburg airport and flew to Amsterdam, Seattle and on to Vancouver, BC for my E.H. Angle Society orthodontic meeting. What a beautiful northwest city...as you can see in the first photo, taken through the window of our hotel room. This group meets every February and June with the additional Biennial meeting every two years (this year is Sept in Charleston, SC.) We had about 75 members and guests attend the excellent program. Our social event at the Pan Pacific hotel on Friday night was a wonderful gathering of friends, collegues and spouses...the second photo is one of Mike Sheets and myself. He has accepted the positin of general chairman of my upcoming presidental meeting in 2013. I left after the meeting on Saturday afternoon and flew on to Portland and our home in Seaside, followed by a visit to my Rotary meeting where I gave a little program on our German adventure...then it was off to Colorado Springs to meet Kay and see her family...had to fly through a blizzard from Denver...not fun.
