AMALFI COAST, ITALY:)

Positano was perfect for us to enjoy walking the steep road down..and up... to the small beach and then venture out;) We drove to Sorrento and caught the boat to the island of Capri (middle picture) with lovely views and an uphill walk (of course:) to one of the 12 villas that Roman Emperor Tuberius built on the island. We also drove toward Amalfi and the views of the small beaches of the many inlets along the rocky coast were postcard perfect (picture on the right) as we made the hair-pin curves and tried not to wreck as we kept getting glimpses of another beautiful view:) With perfect weather and the hillsides covered with cactus, evergreens, bushes including Oleander flowers against a backdrop of Colorado blue skies, we felt very blessed!!
