The ski area at Ishgal was huge and had numerous lifts, restaurants, huts etc so that you could spend the whole day just going from one to the other.....and if you went to the very top of the mountain, you were at the Swiss border and down the backside was Switzerland and a village that advertised duty free shops (would't you know?) Saturday nite our group spent time in Ishgal. There was a hot "disco/apre' ski place that had great US music (including oldies but goodies) and tasty Austrian beer...needless to say, we had a great time. Then dinner in a little Italian place. Kay had pizza and I had pasta....that evening the group took the cat back up to the hotel, about a 30 minute ride. All in all, another wonderful outing in Europe. We are so lucky to be here doing these things. We left and were back home in about 4 hours.
